Meet Sheares Benjamin, affectionately known as Banki. Driven by passion and a vision to improve the world through effective visual communication, Banki is the brilliant mind behind Bombshell Impact Design Agency, a creative agency specializing in branding solutions, graphic/web design, and digital marketing services for social impact organizations.

In 2020, Banki launched Business Takeout, a groundbreaking social enterprise with a mission to foster Black wealth and empower Black entrepreneurs through business education. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by entrepreneurs across various industries, she recognizes the immense rewards that well-planned marketing decisions can bring to a company. Banki believes that effective visual communication can make meaningful change and have a positive global impact. Her greatest fulfillment comes from aiding small businesses to thrive through the development of optimized websites, captivating logos, email marketing, and compelling brochures that set them apart from their competitors. Both ventures are dedicated to enhancing the long-term success of entrepreneurial visions while promoting social justice, diversity, and inclusion.

In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Banki serves as a Marketing Consultant for the Canadian Black Chamber of Commerce and is a Board Member for Essentials Of Modern Marketing in 2024. With over 20 years of experience in creative solutions and business management, she consistently generates fresh and innovative ideas.
